Thomas "Tom" Floyd Martin

Thomas Floyd Martin 73 of Keosauqua, Iowa, formerly of Rural Libertyville, Iowa passed away peacefully Friday, May 22, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, IA.

Tom was born March 15, 1947 to Leo and Joesiphine (Shipler) Martin. Tom graduated from Fairfield High School then went on to college at Centerville Community College in Centerville, Iowa.  He enjoyed going out to eat and playing the banjo for family & friends.  Tom looked forward to be able to attend the Old Threshers Reunion every year.

Tom will be missed by his brother, Tony Martin of rural Libertyville; two nephews, Justin Martin of Ankeny, IA and Jesse Martin of Coralville, IA; one niece Jamie (Martin) Stanton and husband Scott of Springfield, MO; and one cousin Grant Martin of Ames, Iowa.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Joesiphine Martin.

In lieu of flowers, cards and memorials can be mailed to Tony Martin, 1646 220th Street, Batavia, IA 52533.  A private service will be held and burial will be at a later date in Brethren Cemetery near Batavia.
