Sharlene Kay Smith

Sharlene Kay Smith age 72 of Milan, Tennessee, formerly of Fairfield, passed away August 5, 2021.

Visitation for family and friends will be 9:30 to time-of-service Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Al Coffin officiating.  Inurnment will be at a later date in Fell Cemetery, Libertyville, Iowa.

Memorials may be made to Victor Rail Scholarship or The Walton Club and mailed to Vicki Wischmeier, 12001 Stony Hollow Road, Sperry, Iowa 52650.

Sharlene was born July 27, 1949 to Wayne Eugene and Barbara Jean (Rail) Smith.

Sharlene worked for ACCO in Fairfield, Des Arc, Arkansas and Milan, TN and later a department manager at Walmart.

Sharlene will be missed by her sister, Vicki (Dennis) Wischmeier; two brothers, Tim (Sherri) Smith and Randy (Terri) Smith; nephews, Mason (Jennifer) Cooper, Jake (Rachel) Smith, Lance Smith, Josh (Kaitlin)Smith and Tyler Smith; nieces, Lani Smith Boyd and Madison Smith; and great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a dear friend, Eliece Ruth of Milan, TN.

Sharlene was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Barbara; and niece, Sara Schwartz.
