Judy Mellott

Judy Mellott age 74 of Libertyville, passed away January 11, 2022, at the Jefferson County Health Center.

Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Judy was born April 14, 1947, in Fairfield to Nova E. and Ethal Jane (Hines) Harper.

Judy was a housewife and worked at Gandy Law Office.  She collected seashells and enjoyed watching reality TV shows and gameshows.  Most important was spending time with her children and their families.

Judy will be missed by her children, Karen (Steve) Mellott Foshier, Kimberly Mellott, Rhonda Mellott, John (Sarah) Mellott and Amber (Spencer Droz) Mellott; 17 grandchildren, Samuel Foshier, Anyse (Nicci) Mellott, Anthony Pruden, Libby Pruden, Mahayla Mellott-Rodibaugh, Dalton Brombaugh, Kachina Brombaugh, Toren Coffman, Kyra Mellott, Lila Mellott, Tanner Mellott, Shay Smith, Gage Smith, Hayden Smith, Skylar Smith, Kylo Droz; 3 great grandchildren; and many extended families.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and 17 brothers and sisters, Lawrence Harper, James W. Harper, Bessie P. Angstead, Mildred M. Adler, Janice G. Nelson, Melvin R. Harper, Nova W. Harper Jr., Lester (Sid) M. Harper, Wetsal B. Harper Sr., Lucy J. Luedtke, Janit G. Waage, Helen L. Pinkerton, Velma Jackson, Edward P. Harper, Hubert D. Harper, Hubert D. Harper and B.B. Harper.
