Barbara "Barb" Ann Liles

Barbara “Barb” Ann Liles age 63 of Packwood, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at the Jefferson County Health Center.

Visitation for family & friends will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Ollie Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Ott officiating.   Cremation will follow the service with inurnment at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pella Crisis Shelter of Pella, or Whatsoever You Do Shelter in Ottumwa.  Cards and memorials may be mailed to Randy Liles, P.O. Box 803, Packwood, Iowa 52580.

Barb was born October 20, 1958, in Sigourney to Charles and Erma (Pollock) Scearcy.  She married George Rozenboom January 1, 1980.  He passed away December 26, 2010.  On April 13, 2014, she married Randy Liles in Ollie.

Barb graduated from Pekin High School in 1977.  She worked for the United States Post Office in Ollie, Packwood and Martinsburg.

Barb loved listening to Christian music, going to concerts, and watching Christian movies.  To grow in her faith, she was faithful in reading her Bible.  Barb also enjoyed going to The Well and attended the Ollie Baptist Church.

Some of Barb’s other interests were reading, doing puzzles and dancing.  She had a love for all animals.  Barb collected stamps and when sending birthday cards, she would always include stamps.  She received much joy in taking care of others.

Barb will be missed by her husband Randy; 3 children, Adam (Becky) Rozenboom, Chris (Bobbi) Rozenboom and LuAnn (Jesse) Rebling; 8 grandchildren, Emmalyn, Liam, Beckett, Morgan, Sophia, Logan, Nicole and Matthew; 2 great grandchildren; her mother, Erma; siblings, Bob Scearcy, Susan Schwerin, Deborah (Bob) Bellmer and JoAnn (Mark) Robe; one niece and several nephews; great niece and great nephew.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Scearcy; husband, George Rozenboom; and niece, Shannon Swinder.
