Wayne D. Kneeskern, 85, a resident of Richland, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025 at Washington County Hospital in Washington.

Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church in Richland with Fr. Ben Snyder as celebrant. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at church. Burial will be at Friends Cemetery in Richland. Memorials may be made to Ss. Joseph and Cabrini Parish or Friends Cemetery in Richland.
