Vivian Chris Riley

Vivian “Chris” Riley age 66 of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics.

Visitation for family & friends will be 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday, January 2, 2023, at Behner Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the family and mailed to Lacey Price-Burton, 703 East Adams, Fairfield, Iowa 52556.

Chris was born September 3, 1956, in Fairfield to Merrill “Dean” Riley and Maxine Mae Simpson.

Chris worked as a cashier at Walmart.  Some of her interests were collecting butterflies, playing bingo, cards, going to the casino and stock car races, cooking and watching the Hallmark Channel.  Most important was spending time with family & friends.

Chris will be missed by her two children, Aaron (Sydney) Price and Lacey (Jeramie) Price-Burton; 8 grandchildren, Allie (Chase) Kukuzke, Kiersten Price, Caitlin Price, Emma Price-Burton, Landon Price-Burton, Jaxsen Price, Dean Price and McKenzie Burton; two great grandchildren; two brothers, Rusty Simpson and Monte Riley; and nieces and nephews.

Chris was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother and grandparents
