Sueanna Mae Pilkington

            Sueanna Mae Pilkington, 61, a resident of Fairfield, passed away, Saturday, March 23, 2024 at her home.

            A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Noah’s Ark Animal Foundation. Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family.

            Sueanna was born July 7, 1962 in Columbia, Missouri, the daughter of Donald Earl and Shirley Jean (Hagans) Wolverton. She married Steve Pilkington, March 30, 1979 in Moberly, Missouri. 

            Sueanna enjoyed playing on her computer, socializing with friends, and checking on her plants in her yard. She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren. 

            Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Steve; daughter, Sheryl Pilkington of Fairfield; sons, Steven (Beth Allison) Pilkington, Jr. of Fairfield, Juston (Rizza) Pilkington of Fairfield, and Willie (Bre) Pilkington of Centerville; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Kathy (Tom) Fluharty of Brighton, Rosie (Kenny) Bailey of Clark, Missouri, Laura (Mark) Smith of Moberly, Missouri, Donald (Gale) Wolverton of Eldon, Missouri, Leonord (Michelle) Wolverton of Ottumwa, and Helen Riley of Moberly, Missouri; brothers-in-law, Warren Chase and Harold Taylor of Moberly, Missouri

            She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Dorathie; and siblings, Dick (Carol) Hagans, Dixie Courtney, Donna Wolverton, Violet (Floyd) Lambert, Daisy Chase, and Evelyn Taylor.
