Shirley J. Dimond

Shirley J. Dimond age 73 formerly of Fairfield passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at Arbor Court, Mt. Pleasant, IA.

She has been cremated. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Fell Cemetery.

Shirley was born January 16, 1943 to Richard and Mary (Crawford) Shanstrom.

Shirley was a homemaker. She has lived in the Fairfield are all her life except for the last 5 years where she has lived in Mt. Pleasant.

Shirley is survived by her son, Brian Shanstrom of Pella, IA; one granddaughter, Amanda Shanstrom; 2 great grandchildren; two brothers, Gayle (Kathy) Shanstrom of Cedar Rapids, IA and Gifford (Donna Miles) Shanstrom of Fairfield; and one sister-in-law, Dorothy Shanstrom of Burlington, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Shanstrom; one granddaughter, Barbara Shanstrom; and one brother, Gary Shanstrom.
