Sharon Louise Scanlon, 75, a resident of Fairfield, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026 at her home.

     There will be no services held at this time. Memorials in her memory may be made to Maharishi International University.

     Sharon was born October 11, 1950 in West Allis, Wisconsin, the daughter of Henry and Patricia (Gibson) Ullrich. 

     Sharon worked in the art department at Maharishi International University beginning in 1982. It was there she met her future husband, Michael. They were married May 4, 1987 in Fairfield. 

      Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Mike; three sisters, which include Margaret Henderson of Fairfield; and one brother. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.
