Sarah "Sadie" Agnes Davidson, age 97, of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010 at Parkview Care Center.
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 at Fell Cemetery with Pastor Nate Nims officiating.
Sarah was born August 27, 1913 in Belfast, Ireland to Henry and Ellen Gilmore Richmond. She entered the United States in 1923. She had been a nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Burlington.
Sarah is survived by 2 daughters: Mary Bonner of New Orleans, La. and Ruth Briggs of Libertyville, 1 son: Dale Darrah of Marshalltown, 1 sister: Ellen Powers of Burlington and 9 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, 1 daughter and 1 son.
