Sandra "Kay" Kayleen Ehrhardt

Sandra Kayleen “Kay” Ehrhardt age 80 of Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Kay was born October 2, 1940, in Jefferson County to Snowden and Freda (Carr) Wyckoff.  She married Walter Ehrhardt and later divorced.  Her companion for 30 years was Dan Harrison.

Kay attended Fairfield Community School District.  She worked at Brown Pharmacy, Elks, HyVee Drugtown and at HyVee grocery store in the pharmacy.  Kay was a member of the Eagles.

Kay will be missed by her three daughters, Pam (Curt) Connelly, Sheila (Scott) Clements and Neena Messer all of Fairfield; her son, Brent (Lisa) Ehrhardt of Pella; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and one sister, Marty Jones of Fremont, CA.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Snowden and Freda; one brother, Carroll Wyckoff; two sisters, Darlene Johnson and Lorrene Simmons; companion, Dan Harrison; and granddaughter, Jessica Clements.

Family and friends may sign the register book at Behner Funeral Home 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2021 or 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 28, 2021. Family will not be present either day.
