Nancy Findlay age 51, of Fairfield, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at University of Iowa Hospital.

Visitation for family & friends will be 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Friday, September 15, 2017, at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Dick Allen officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Douds, IA.

Nancy was born November 20, 1965 to Hugh and Violet (Shipley) Findlay in Fairfield, IA. She was a lifelong resident of Fairfield and graduated from Fairfield High School. Nancy loved spending time with family & friends and had a love for animals.

Nancy is survived by her Mom, Violet Findlay of Fairfield, IA; one brother, Daniel (Deanne) Findlay of Bondurant, IA; two sisters, Debra Findlay of Fairfield, IA and Barbara (Tim) Sieren of Ottumwa, IA; 4 nephews, Daniel Findlay Jr and Brandon (Tina) Findlay of Des Moines, IA, Benjamin Harris of Keosauqua, IA and Jackson Harris of Norwalk, IA; great niece & nephew, Jacey Harris and Grady Harris.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Findlay; and grandparents, Harley & Ila Shipley and Claude & Ella Mae Findlay.
