Michelle "Micky" Jo Kiews

Michelle “Micky” Jo Kiews age 53, of Batavia, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017, at her home.

Visitation for family & friends will be 9:30 am – 10:30 am, Friday, June 16, 2017 prior to the service at Behner Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 10:30 am, Friday, June 16, 2017 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffrey Richard officiating. Burial will be at Abingdon Cemetery.

Michelle was born August 8, 1963, to Merrill Tyrone Rainbolt and Helen Harper Pinkerton. She married William “Bill” Dean Kiews August 29, 1982. This August they would have been married 35 years.

Micky graduated from Pekin High School. After she and Bill got married she lived in Jefferson County. Micky worked at Excel, Walmart and McDonalds. She attended the Abingdon Church of Christ. Micky enjoyed traveling with Bill and spending time with her family.

Micky is survived by her husband, Bill Kiews of Batavia, IA; three children, Justin Kiews, Raymond (Heather) Kiews of Packwood, IA and Jylian (James) Brown of Hedrick, IA; father, Merrill Rainbolt; and her brothers and sisters, Marty Rainbolt, Jason Rainbolt, Priscilla Patterson, Ronald Hall, Geraline Hall, Richard Harper, Mary Jo Collis and Jr. Dawson.

Micky was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Pinkerton; one sister, Angela Hall Dye; one brother, Patrick Miller; and her grandparents, Alveree and Joe Danels.
