Marlin Kent Simons age 64 of Fairfield, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Jefferson County Hospital.
No services are planned at this time.
Marlin was born February 9, 1956, in Fairfield to Marshall and Nellie (Garrison) Simons.
Marlin served in the Marine Corp and after the service he went to California and worked at Howard Hugh’s Corp. In Fairfield he worked for Carlson Concrete and the Fairfield Ledger. On the side he had his own carpentry business. Some of Marlin’s interest were working on computers, fishing and motorcycles.
Marlin will be missed by his two sisters, Marsha (Larry) Johnson and Melissa (Mike) Wheaton; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall and Nellie; and brother, Michael.
