John Milligan

John B. Milligan, 62, passed away Jan. 14 2017 at home in Lockridge, Iowa after a battle with cancer.

He was born Sept. 23 1954 in Fort Benning, Georgia. John attended school in Las Vegas, NV, and graduated from Clark High School in 1973 where he Lettered in Basketball and was also in the band. After High School, he attended Chadron State College where he also played basketball. John was a retired Maintenance Engineer.

He is survived by his Mother, Lila Dodds, Father Victor Milligan both of Las Vegas, brothers Marc and David of Las Vegas and sister Rachel Diehl of Sparks, NV, daughter Jennifer (Brian Volner) of Lockridge, Iowa, and sons, Justin and Victor of Las Vegas. He has six grandchildren with one more he was anxiously awaiting due in April.

No services are planned. Family suggests any donations should be made to the American Cancer Society.
