Jeffrey L. Phillips

 Jeffrey L. Phillips, 65, a resident of Fairfield, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Prestige Care Center in Fairfield.

 A memorial gathering will be held 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2024 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorials may be made to the family and sent to the funeral home at 203 S. Main St. Fairfield, IA 52556.

 Jeff was born February 7, 1959 in Keosauqua, the son of Richard and Donna (McClure) Phillips. Jeff loved to fish and enjoyed hunting.

 Those left to honor his memory include his children, Allen (Ashley) Phillips of Colfax, Iowa, and Desire Phillips of Pella, Iowa; ten grandchildren; sisters, Debbie McClure and Janet Edwards, both of Ottumwa, and Teresa Colasuonno of McDonough, Georgia.

 He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna; sister, Crystal Cline; and brothers, Gary Hoover and Steve Phillips.
