Jane Kae Anderson

Jane Kae Anderson age 69, of Birmingham, passed away September 25, 2018, at her home.

Visitation for family & friends will be 10:00 am – 11:00 am, Monday, October 1, 2018, at Behner Funeral Home with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Danny Cary officiating.  Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Children’s Miracle Network, Iowa City, Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude’s Children Hospital.  Cards and memorials may be mailed to 13052 20th Street, Bloomfield, IA 52537.

Jane was born November 13, 1948, in Farmington, IA to Virgil and Roberta (Jones) Cole.

Jane enjoyed cooking, horseback riding, riding the 4-wheeler, reading and was an avid quilter and seamstress.  What meant the most to her was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Left to share Jane’s memories are Richard Anderson; her children, Jon (Helen) Anderson of Mingo, IA, Randall (friend Shelley Jones) of Des Moines, IA and Tammy (Jon) Neil of Bloomfield, IA; 7 grandchildren, Meagan, Levi, Hali, Britni, Rebecca, Rya, and Xavier; numerous great grandchildren; her mother, Roberta (Bill) Logsdon of Windsor Heights, IA; two brothers, Dean Cole of Keosauqua, IA and Justin Cole of Bonaparte, IA; and companion, James Jessup.

She was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Cole; sister, Judith Keul; daughter, Kathryn Anderson; and granddaughter, Laura Anderson.
