Ivan Erleu Cline Sr

Ivan Erleu Cline Sr. age 88 of Lockridge passed away March 25, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary and Pastor Kevin Dice officiating. Burial will be in the Packwood Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Behner Funeral Home.

Ivan was born May 4, 1927 to William Clearance and Ora May (Nelson) Cline in Fairfield. He married Laura Francis Williams on December 7, 1946.

Ivan while farming, held different position at Iowa Malleable, Dexter Co., Sixs Aluminum, Fairfield Engineering, and Rockwell. Ivan’s hobbies and interest include, raising cattle, fishing, traveling and camping, and going to tractor pulls.

Ivan is survived by wife, Laura of Lockridge, IA; 6 children and spouses, Ivan (Jr) and Fon Cline of Fairfield, William (Bill) and Louise Cline of Fairfield, Marvin and Carlyn Cline of Lockridge, Duane and Phyllis Cline of Birmingham, Michael and Theresa Cline of Agency, Carlos and Nancy Cline of Jesup, IA; 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren: 6 step grandchildren; 17 step great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and 9 step great great grandchildren.

Ivan was preceded by his parents; twin sons, Dale Eugene and Darrell Erleu Cline; two brothers, Oren and Forest Cline; and two sisters, Lorene Cline and Olivia Coil.
