Harold Dennis Haynes

Harold Dennis Haynes age 74 of Fairfield, passed away October 23, 2022, at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the family and mailed to Roger Haynes at 610 N Highway 1, Birmingham, Iowa 52535.

Harold was born July 19, 1948, to Harold Leroy and Hazel Madeline (Cochrill) Haynes. He was married and later divorced.

Harold graduated from Van Buren High School and after high school served in the US Army. Harold worked at Falco Company for 10 years. Some of Harold’s interest and hobbies were collecting coins, swords, and knives, he enjoyed watching westerns on tv, and reading.

Harold is survived by his son, Denny Haynes Jr.; siblings, Roger (Liz) Haynes, Lucy (Rick) Hagans and Kelly (Diane) Haynes.

Harold was preceded by his parents, Harold and Hazel; sister, Evelyn Parker’ and sister in-law, Bonnie Haynes.
