Gloria M. Norris

     Gloria M. Norris, 96, a resident of Fairfield, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

     There will be no services held at this time.

     Gloria was born December 31, 1928 in Superior, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Iwasko) Zielinski.

     Gloria worked at George Washington Hospital in Washington, D.C. as head of accounts. She was an avid sports fan, and loved football; cheering for the Washington Redskins. She enjoyed playing card games, and watching game shows, including Price is Right, Jeopardy, and Family Feud.

     Those left to honor her memory include her children, Glory Norris of Burlington, Iowa and Allen Norris of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; grandchildren, Nicholas, Brenton, and Alexandra; great-grandchildren, Harry, Lucie, Gwendolyn, and Carson; and a sister, Rita Sullivan of Omaha, Nebraska.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; and ten siblings, brothers Edmund, Theodore, Henry, Arthur, John, and Stanley; and sisters Isabelle, Adelle, Imelda, and Marie.
