Gerald "Fuzzy" Eugene Kisling

Gerald “Fuzzy” Eugene Kisling, age 63 of Birmingham, passed away Friday, December 28, 2018 at Keosauqua Health Center.

Visitation for family & friends will be 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Behner Funeral Home.   Funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm with Pastor Loyd Osborn officiating.  Follow the service he will be cremated.  Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the family and mailed to PO Box 223, Birmingham, IA 52535.

Gerald was born April 29, 1955, in Fairfield to Robert and Mary (Champ) Kisling.  He married Cynthia Sedore June 1975 and they later divorced.  April 23, 1999, he married Jean Ann Nicholson in Fairfield.

Gerald worked at Iowa Malleable from 1973- till it closed.  After the Malleable closed he worked at Agri Plastics and Nelsons Company.  Gerald was a Hawkeye fan and enjoyed going to truck and tractor pulls.  His interests were reading Louis Lamour books, camping, barbequing and dutch oven cooking.

Gerald will be missed by his wife, Jean Ann of Birmingham; 4 children, Amanda (Rowdy) Krouse, Shawn (Diane) Kisling and Andrew (Lynda) Kisling all of Farmington and Dakota Kisling of Birmingham; 5 grandchildren, Seth Krouse, LyRick Krouse, Lucan Krouse, Zander Kisling and Riley Kisling; brother, Fred (Jane) Kisling of Ottumwa, IA; and nieces & nephews.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and grandson.
