Forest Wayne Hibbets

Forest Wayne Hibbets, age 57 of Packwood, passed away at his home Monday, October 12, 2015.

Per his wishes the body has been cremated.

Visitation for family and friends will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Behner Funeral Home. There will not be a memorial service. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Memorials can be made to the donor’s choice.

Forest was born March 2, 1958 to Kenneth and Janet Hibbets in Cedar Rapids, IA. He married Lori Bennett August 2, 2002.

Forest worked for Adrian Trucking as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading Louis Dearborn LaMoore and watching Criminal Minds on TV and Westerns.

Forest is survived by his wife, Lori Hibbets; two children, Erika King and Aaron King (Ashten Deiters); 2 grandchildren, Bentley Deiters and Greyson King; his mother, Janet Jackson-Hibbets; one brother, Lonnie Hibbets; and two sisters, Donna Arnold and Denise Moots.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Hibbets; his grandparents, Lester and Ruby Jackson and Floyd Hibbets; and one brother, Ricky Hibbets,
