Evelyn Mary Lyon

Evelyn Mary Lyon passed away at 6:15 AM, Thursday, January 13, 2005 at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, Iowa, at the age of 84.

She was born on March 7, 1920 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Ida Capouch and Harry Ford Asire. Evelyn was married to Gale Lyon in 1946, when they moved to Fairfield, IA. She was a devoted homemaker.

Evelyn was a parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fairfield and a member of the Alter & Rosary Society of St. Mary's.

Evelyn is survived by her husband, Gale.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Asire.

Funeral Services were held at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 17, 2005 at Behner Funeral Home with Fr. Stephen Page officiating.
