A Private memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Ed Rusk Residence, Old Hwy 34, Rome, IA 52642

Memorials can be made to the family, Cards and memorials can be sent to 104 S. Center St. Lockridge, Ia. 52635

According to her wishes her body has been cremated.

Debra Ann Snow was born December 8, 1959 in Flint, MI. to Richard and Rose (St. Clair) Brewer. She married Kenneth "Bud" Snow on October 22, 2000 in West Burlington, Ia.

Debra has lived in Lockridge for the last 4 years with previous residences in Moriarty, NM, Gladston, IL. and Keota, Ia. She was a devoted housewife, and enjoyed quilting, reading the bible, fishing, and spending time with family and her grandchildren.

Debra is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Bud" Snow of Lockridge, Ia., 3 sons and 1 daughters, Johathan Phillips of Wellman, Ia., Brian Phillips of Lucas, IA., Leslie Redlinger of Washington, Ia., Lisa Brewer of Lockridge, Ia., 7 grandchildren, Dakota Phillips, Trey Phillips, Evan Phillips, Gabe Phillips, Lucas Phillips, Kaeding Phillips, Wyatt Phillips, 4 brothers and 2 sisters: Leo, Tom, Steve, Randy Brewer, Sandy Malice, and Brenda Watkins.

Debra was preceded by: her parents, 2 brothers Sam Brewer, and Richard Brewer.
