Cooper Jaidan Houk was born stillborn Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, IA.

Funeral service will be 10:30 am, Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, Iowa.

Cooper was born to Bradley and Brittany (Terrell) Houk February, 3, 2016 in Iowa City, IA.

Cooper is survived by his parents, Bradley and Brittany Houk of Fairfield, IA; his grandparents, Tim and Keeta Terrell of Fairfield, IA, Steve Houk Jr. of Ottumwa, IA and Kathy and Ron Findley of Kellogg, IA; Great grandparents, Leo and Helen Blomme, Tim Terrell, Pat Katzartones, and Nancy Houk; Great Great Grandmother, Dorothy Thielen; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cooper was preceded in death by his Great Grandpa, Steve Houk Sr.; and his Great Grandma, Rosemary Terrell.
