Carolyn L. Millard

            Carolyn Lou Millard, 81, of Stockport, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at Keosauqua Health Care Center in Keosauqua. 

            There will be no services held at this time. Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family.

            Carolyn was born April 30, 1942 in Keosauqua, the daughter Bernice Wright. She worked at the Fairfield Glove factory for many years. 

            Carolyn enjoyed her cats and dogs, fishing, reading mystery books, and playing card games. 

            Survivors include her children, Leigh Curtis of Fairfield, Lonnie (Eric Cuellar) Summers of Austin, Texas, and Ray (Shelly) Curtis, Jr. of Packwood; grandchildren, Alec (Beth) Summers, Skyler Rayne Cuellar, Lucian Curtis, and Shelby Curtis; sister, Judy McCarty of Colorado; cousins, Bonnie, Sherry, Jane, Candace, Linda, Janet, Marilyn, Marlene, and Debbie; special friends, Margaret Curtis, Lisa Vannoy, Mel Parrish, and Heather Billingsley.

            She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Donna Jean; and grandmother, Gertrude Wright.
