Barbara Janet Wilson Hodge

Barbara Janet Wilson Hodge passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Keosauqua Health Care Center.

Barbara was born July 6, 1927, in rural Farmington, Iowa to Elery & Eleanor (Guess) Muntz.  She married Stanley Wilson on January 1952, at the Methodist Church in Ottumwa, Iowa.  Together they farmed their farm in the Lebanon area for many years.  He passed in 1998.

Barbara married Earl W. Hodge April 1999, at Hope Lutheran Church in Germanville.  They lived in Agency & Fairfield.  He passed in 2014.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Gregory of Church Hill, North Carolina; two step children, Dave (Sharon) Hodge of Missouri and Sherry (Richard) Olson of Ames.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Stanley and Earl, two sisters Betty Vonderbaar and Pat Bailey, two brothers Dale Muntz and Larry Muntz.

Per her wishes no services will be held.
