Barbara "Bobby" Joan Sell

Barbara "Bobby" Joan Sell, age 73 passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at the University Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2011 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Wright Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2011.

Bobby was born on June 9, 1937 in Fairfield to Paul and Georgia Miles Hagans. She married Clell Sell on March 27, 1954. He passed away in June 1991. She has lived with Robert Scotton since 1970.

She lived most of her life in Jefferson County and in Oklahoma. Bobby had been a production worker at Universal Producing and Fairfield Glove Company. She collected dolls and pigs and enjoyed crossword puzzles and camping.

Bobby is survived by 2 children: Lee Alan Sell of Fairfield and Jeff Sell of Wayland, Robert's 3 children: Mona Wolfbrandt of Fairfield, Steven Scotton of Davenport and Robert Scotton of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 4 siblings: Richard (Linda) Hagans of Brighton, Jack (Luella) Hagans, Carol Bransetter and Patty (Elmer) Heckethorn, all of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 siblings: Dixie Hagans, Violet Scotton, Shirley Wolverton, Hazel Holmes and Harold Hagans and 1 granddaughter.
