Lila Kay Harrison Shondel, age 57 of Fairfield, passed away at Jefferson County Health Center on Monday, July 23, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Joseph Phipps officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Lila was born on October 15, 1954 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Howard and Ada Lankford Harrison. She married Albert Shondel on February 9, 1974 in Fairfield.
She is survived by her husband Albert Shondel of Fairfield, Iowa,3 children: Thomas (Nadeana) Shondel and Holly Shondel of Fairfield and Jodi Shondel of Mt. Pleasant and 11 grandchildren: Jordan, Tristan, Austin, Alberto, Paris, Mason, Julio, Joe, Drake, Ahtziri and Cruz.
Lila was preceded in death by her parents, her parents-in-laws, 2 sisters and twin sons.
